Personal Training -

Many celebrities use one. Even elite athletes. But Personal Training can help anyone.
Personal Training is the most effective way of achieving your health and fitness goals no matter your age or level of fitness. Finding time to train in today's busy society is not easy. Making sure that you use that time effectively is even harder! Many people find that working out whilst trying to staying motivated, working consistently at the right intensity, and monitoring progress is a time consuming and difficult task.
However, working with us at GP Human Performance can alleviate many of these problems. We will help you effectively utilise your time, keep you motivated and monitor your progress.

So what is involved?

  • A fitness evaluation. This is a series of tests - including cardiovascular, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance - to see what kind of shape you are in. Your trainer will ask about your health, medical conditions, medications and exercise experience.
  • A personalized exercise program. This is designed specifically for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Supervised exercise. You are given one-on-one attention to make sure you are using proper form and technique, and that you get the most from your workout without getting injured. We will motivate you and help you stick with your program.
